5) Add the date mixture to the bran mixture. Stir them until moist and then add eggs. Mix them again. Place 12 cupcake liners in the pan and coat them with a cooking spray. Pour the batter in the muffin cups. Bake for 28-30 minutes at 350 Fahrenheit. Insert a toothpick if it comes out clean, it indicates that your cupcakes are ready. Let them cool on a wire rack.
