An advertisement is a good way to promote something in society. For instance, ads are a good tool to enhance the popularity of a brand. These days, as you know every product is being advertised on social and electronic media. These sort of ads not only convince someone to buy a product but also influence the impact of the user. Do you agree? Effect of cereal ads on kid’s diet:
Generally, it has been observed and proved through researches as well that children who watch TV on daily basis and are exposed to sugary breakfast ads are more likely to consume them and intake a large number of carbs, fat, and salt in the body. Obesity:
Obesity “being overweight” is the most adverse and common side effect that has been noticed in kids. It is particularly more prominent in children’s watching these yummy cereal ads daily. Basically, cereal contains sugar and fat.
This sugary food is more than enough to make kid’s tummy full. So, children do not like to eat fruits and vegetables. Less use of fruits and vegetables while excessive consumption of fat and salt and sugars cause obesity.
It has been observed that kids who are obese at the age of 5 also tend to be overweight when they grow up.
The sad news is this, that cereal only looks beautiful packed in compact cereal boxes but in reality, these are extremely damaging for kid's health. When you know they cause obesity which is a major cause of 13 types of deadly cancer, then it’s better to stay away from these giants as much as possible.

Excess of everything is bad, but if you eat everything in a maintained balance then nothing is going to harm you. Cereals are healthy too, as they compensate the requirement of essential salts, fats, and sugars. So keep it in balance and enjoy a healthy life.
